Depression

Everyone has experienced the feeling of depression. Everyone has been, sad, disappointed, and the difference between gloomy emotions and clinical depression is like the difference between a cold and pneumonia.

Depression is a holistic disease. It affects the body, emotions, thoughts and behaviors. Depression can give us a feeling of asking for help and not working. The good news is that 80% to 90% of people with depression can get improvement from psychotherapy, but the bad news is that nearly half of people see depression as a personality defect – think it is more or more “work” Instead of treating it as a mood disorder or disease.

The opposite of depression, not happiness, but vitality, is the ability to perceive all emotions, including joy, excitement, and pain. Depression itself is not an emotion, but a loss of emotion, a thick crepe that separates you from the world. It is not sad or painful, it is a disease. When we feel particularly sad and helpless, we can feel the feelings of people with depression, but the difference is that patients with depression can not recover from it without outside help.

The sign of depression – the spread of sadness or emptiness, sometimes manifested as nervousness or anxiety, lack of fun in life. People with moderate depression may feel empty and lose interest in activities such as eating sex work games. People with severe depression may be unable to work and study at all, and even daily life will become a problem. Patients with severe depression sometimes can’t get out of bed for many days, can’t wash, can’t sleep. They often have a constant sense of exhaustion that is difficult to concentrate, and the spirit feels that life has no value.

Sometimes we feel sad because we lose important people or things. This feeling is a bit like depression. But people with depression may be more in a state of low self-esteem and helplessness. These are different from our sad feelings. If you are in a state of depression, you may feel that you are a victim of fate, not worthy of being better, but if you are just sad, you usually understand that you will recover someday.

Physical symptoms of depressed patients – sleep disorders are important. Some people may find it hard to fall asleep or wake up very early, but still feel unconscious. There are also some people who may sleep a lot, but feel that they are not sleeping well. A bad sleep can lead to fatigue, loss of emotional perception, and even no way to think clearly and often forget.

Suicidal thoughts often appear. Some people are just a thought. Some people plan every step of suicide in detail. The closer you are to death, the more you need help.

The way people with depression see the world is distorted. They insist that the world is unfriendly and that they are not liked. In their interactions with others, they have unrealistic expectations and cannot express themselves well. Demand, regard different opinions as rejection, anxiety and dissatisfaction for their performance. In the end, they will verify the fact that the world does not like them. They will be puzzled by human emotions. They don’t know what the normal feelings should be, so that they are afraid of real emotions and fear to establish a true relationship with people.

In short, they created a world of depression, sadness and hopelessness, a disappointing self-blame, a lifeless, selfish world.
