FRENCH ELECTION – VOTE OR ABSTAIN?

This is a message that expresses my misunderstanding of people who want to vote white.

In the last few days, French people have been mobilizing to vote for white. Demonstrations erupted.

Here is a quick reminder of the situation. It is now 5 days since we, the French, know that Emmanuel Macron and Marine Le Pen are in the second round of the elections, they arrived with 24% and 21,3% respectively. It should be noted that the 3rd person was François Fillon with 20% of voting intentions and Jean-Luc Mélenchon with 19.6%.

These elections were the worst I ever had. Here are their profiles

Macron has not been part of the policy for a very long time, his experience is not very high. He is not part of any political party, he says neither right nor left. He was a banker for a long time. What makes French citizens perplexed. He is rather young (39 years), which is very rare and scary. In addition, the highest position was Minister of Economy. There is a deployment of time before running for the presidential elections.

Marine Le Pen is part of the National Front, a party that is racist to me. This represents the extreme right. It is anti-immigrant. She will leave the European Union and I quote: “Restoring France to the French”. But only to a few French people. It will also remove the right from the ground, that is if you are immigrant parents and your child is born in France, it is automatically French. She wants to remove this fundamental law to France, for me it is like losing the identity of France. All like the United States, we are a people with a great diversity. Having had many colonies, we came from everywhere.

Francois Fillon is controversial, he is elected widely at the head of the right, this is closer to the Republicans in the USA. He had everything to please and to win only it was not so perfect. We learn a few months of the elections that he paid his wife and his children, with the money of the contribution. On then speaks of Penelope Gate. He divided the right by all these scandals, which is why today he is not in the second round. However, he calls his fellow citizens to vote for Macron.

Jean Luc Mélenchon comes from the far left, evolutionist in his spirit wants at all costs to leave the European Union. To tell you quite frankly my point of view … I never listen to the extremes. They have a single vision of life and are not open-minded. I prefer to let them talk and move on. On the other hand, I find it bad loser and I hate it deeply. Not being in the second round, he spoke on social networks not understanding why he was not and asking his voters to vote white. It is the only candidate who has expressly requested it, the others have all asked to call Macron because no one wants a France under the government of an extreme, let alone that of Marine.

It is very difficult to summarize our months of elections in a few paragraphs, but this is my vision of things. What I really want to convey as a message is that going white voting or abstaining from voting is letting others choose for you, choosing your identity, choosing your freedom and most importantly choosing your future. It should be noted that many French people are disappointed with our candidates and the results but this should not affect their vision of the future in the long term. Voting is, in my opinion, the only way to reduce this crisis.

What do you think? Vote or abstain when you do not agree with both candidates?
