I have read a Thai website Coe’s Kitchen last week and I found that this dish “Fried Salmon with Seafood Sauce” is a super easy dish!

If you guys love salmon fish, I think this dish is not hard for you!

Ingredients (Fried fish)

Salmon fillets 400-500 grams

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1-2 teaspoons sugar

1-2 cups oil for deep frying

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons fish sauce

2 teaspoon water

Ingredients for Seafood sauce

1-2 smash garlic

4-5 smash coriander root

20 smash bird chili

5-6 teaspoons lime

4 teaspoons fish sauce

Directions (Fish)

  • Pour sugar, fish sauce, sesame oil and water in a bowl and mix them together. You can add any taste you like!
  • Wash and pat dry the salmon.
  • Deep fry on medium heat until crispy and golden brown. It should take about 5 minutes.
  • For the seafood sauce, you can just mix everything together. Add flavors you like!
  • You can make a vegetarian version by frying tofu and covering with the sauce. Replace the fish sauce with about 1/2 teaspoon salt.

I hope you have an idea for your dinner!
