He is the most well-known contemporary artist and semi-robotic activist with his skull implanted antenna and used to be officially recognized as a government electronic man.

The antenna allows him to perceive visible and invisible commons, such as infrared and ultraviolet, by sonic waves. The Internet connection of the antenna allows him to receive the color, image, video, music or telephone of the space directly from the head through an external device such as a mobile phone or a satellites.

2004 passport staff told him that you are not allowed to appear in the British passport for electronic devices, but he insists on requesting a passport office and what they see is actually a new part of his body that stretches his brain He finally accepted his photo with a passport.

Now,Neil Harbisson  felt that we ordinary people there are many colors can not be identified, but the machine can it. So he encouraged more people to use it.This is wonderful!

This is pretty astonishing. I was confused by the featured picture before I read the article. I can’t believe the antenna is implanted in his skull! I can’t imagine what it must be like to hear color. I can’t seem to wrap my head around the whole topic!

Yes, at first I thought he was a performance art. When I saw the TED speech after I know that this equipment can help him identify the color.
