Since is my favorite hobby is everything in sport including fitness, soccer, exercises, even FIFA video game. First question I asked on the orientation day at NYIT is where can I find a gym that is related to them .They told me they have contract with a gym outside the college .The name of it is  NEW YORK CITY CLUB (NSYC).It’s just a few minutes walking from the NYIT building. Also, they do have a good offer for NYIT student .However, the gym has everything any one will need such as, exercises class, working out, trainers, even  Branches in a different places.

For me, I’m so lucky because it’s near from my house at Brooklyn too. All the idea about this blog is I saw one of my classmate last week(Freedy Cicchetti). I asked him why I haven’t seen you here before. He told me that he wasn’t know about it. So guys, what are you waiting, there is no excuses any more. I’m looking forward to meet one from you there.

Nice! Would you tell me how much is cost/month? Do you have to pay for entrance fee and need a contract?

I went to NYSC last semester from the student discount that NYIT gave us. I went to the Garden City location in Long Island, it is a nice gym. But i switched to Planet Fitness about a month ago lol. I think I like PF better.

Mohammed, you are the man! It was great to see you at the gym getting your swell on, “bro-tato-chip.” Even though you gave me some gym advice I disagreed with, hahaha, I know you were looking at for my overall well-being, I appreciate it. We both had shoulder operations which is not a coincidence as the shoulder muscles are the most unstable ligaments in the human body. Let’s continue to fight, rehab and stay in the game!
