Doc1_01

When you are speaking more than one language it is helpful for you for many reasons : ease of travel in the world, the opportunity for communication among people, and the pervasiveness of social media throughout the world.

First of all, learning languages results in ease of travel, which can help the person more who always travels around the world for business, tourist and knowledge of the customs and traditions. For example, I saw many people are speaking more than one language here in California especially in Southern California because it is close to Mexico. To do business with Mexican people. Many people in California are studying Spanish language. However, when you study different languages will increase your knowledge of the history and the traditions of the other countries because you might get a job in these countries like tourist guide.

Second, when you learn many languages you have the opportunity to communicate with others. For example, when you studying a second language like English if you are native in Arabic you have the opportunity to communicate with many people around the world and to make a lot of friends. In addition, you might be famous person after you start to communicate with different people because you may help them for many things like research in your native language and that is because you speak more than one language.

Third, now we are in globalized world using the social media and the internet. When are studying more than one languages you will be sociable because you can know what happened in the world. You can listen and read anything in different languages and you might get job in the media in your native country. For example, you might work in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the media.

In my opinion, if you are studying different languages you will be important person. There are many reasons for studying different languages : simplicity of travel in the world, the chance for communication between people and universality of social media.

In sum, nowadays the world become closer. To become an important person in social media you most know at least two languages. When you have many languages you will carry a lot of information to your country not just for yourself.

I agree with Mr. MohammedAlajlan1991. I would learn Spanish because it is very similar to English and you can practise it anywhere in the US according to the Spanish population.
