Read Until The Last Breath

Do not read, as children do, to amuse yourself, or like the ambitious, for the purpose of instruction. No, read in order to live.(Goodreads)

Gustave Flaubert

Reading has a lot of interpretations as well as the ways it affects the reader. There are a lot of opinions whether it is worth spending your time on simply reading the books and experiencing unreal lives in various worlds created by authors. However, the longer literature exists, the more we start to realise that sometimes we got where we are now only by having the ability to read and take important pieces of advice from our ancestors who managed to save their experience by writing it down for us.

I strongly believe that by reading one can improve their knowledge, get a better understanding of what is going on around them and why it is like that. Reading helps people express their own opinions, compare things, engage into conversations and maybe start thinking about making the Earth a better place to live. To my mind, reading should bring us joy too, it should have such an impact on us so as we can feel alive and ready to explore new horizons. There are so many books that there is no doubt that everyone can find something that would make them understand that they should make the most of their lives on this beautiful planet and pass their precious experience to the next generations.

All in all, reading is an ultimate source of power that can probably help us solve even the most difficult problems and make us better every single day.
