Thanksgiving Day is coming up next week but Thanksgiving day is not only a Turkey Day. So, today I am going to give you some easy recipe of special dessert which is a “OREO BAR“. I am sorry that it’s not a Pumpkin Pie because I want to show something unusual.
Here’re things needed for Oreo Crust: Here’re things needed for Oreo Topping:
- 600g of Oreo Original – 250g of Oreo Original
- 11 tablespoon of melt butter (salt/unsalt)
Here’re things needed for Oreo Cream Cheese:
- 155g of Oreo Original
- 500g of Original Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 300 g of White Chocolate
- 150 g of sweetened condensed milk (Depends on how you like it)
Let’s start with the Oreo Crust. Put the Oreo in the electronic blender and it blend it. Then, put those blended Oreo into a bowl and followed by the melted butter.
Next, toss together with spoon until the crust are well mixed. After that press into 13×9 bakery pan nicely. Place it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
While you’re waiting for the Oreo Crust, let’s continue to work on Oreo Cream Cheese. Using an electronic mixer, beat the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, White Chocolate and Chopped Oreo on medium to high speed until light and soft.
Then, pour the Oreo Cream Cheese over the Oreo Crust. Also, top with Chopped Oreo to make it more tasty. Place it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
After a while, our Oreo bar is really for the Thanksgiving Dinner, YEAHH. Look really yummy, let’s try!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING 🙂
