3 Wrong Beliefs of Weight Losing!

Heart of fruits and vegetablesContinue from my last blog, we talked about why people cannot lose weight. Today my topic is still about weight losing. I have seen many people try to lose weight and they believe that they can lose weight by stop eating. Moreover, there are some beliefs that people believe it can help them lose weight, but it is wrong. And finally it doesn’t work. Today I have 3 example of wrong belief that many people think it works, but it doesn’t to show you.


  1. Eating after 6 pm. makes you fat! Many people don’t have dinner because they think that digestive tract is not working at night. This is not true. First, digestive tract is still working at night. Second, if you fallow my last blog, you would understand that, as long as you receive calories in appropriate amount, you are not going to be fat. No matter what time you eat.

detoxifying-foods-400x320@2x2.  The more you detox, the more fat you will lose! Mostly detox formulas made of vegetable and fruit juice. So when you drink those kinds of formula, you wouldn’t get much carbohydrate (Carbohydrate will change to be glycogen, and glycogen is function of storage water in body). At the first, you would probably lose 2-5 pounds very fast because it is just water, not all the fat from your body. You are not going to lose more weight by doing detox many time.

Balance-Diet-and-Exercise-300x2443.  Bear your to do what you don’t want to do! There are many ways to lose weight. So, if you receive fewer calories than you use it, you can lose weight and fat. Therefore, you should find an appropriate way for your routine. If you don’t like exercising, you need to control your meal. But if you like to eat, you have to exercise a lot.
