I don’t know how many people like lemon as I do. But I really want to share my favorite ways to live with lemon~
1. Use fresh lemons with skin on. Cut them into slices and add sugar or honey. Drinking this kind of lemon water instead of pure water everyday can help us build a healthy acid-base balance of our body.
2. 60-70 centigrade of Water’s temperature is the best to make a cup of lemonade. Colder would be too sour and hotter would be too bitter.
3. Drink lemon with ginger. One slice of lemon, one slice of ginger, two teaspoons of honey, about 7 ounce water. This juice can help whiten skin and remove the scars. Also can be used on face as masks.
4. Drink lemon with mint and green tea. Use hot water to make green tea, wait for it to be warm or cold. Add two slices of lemon, two teaspoons of sugar and some mint leaves. This is a better way to cheer the spirit than coffee. I like more if with ice.
5. Drink lemon with rose. Two slices of lemon, 7-9 dried rose flowers. Use hot water to gently shake them together, than add honey or caramel as you wish. This is a traditional Chinese way to help lose weight.
6. Drink lemon with soda. Simply add lemon into any kind of soda you like. And drink it! Soda also can be replaced by any kind of cocktails~
