This weekend, while I was scouring the internet for hot spots in NYC, I came upon some fun places. I will admit that up until this weekend I only knew two of the seven locations I am blogging about.
While I am not a party girl, (I would much rather go catch a movie) I must say that these places do catch my attention and I would love to go see these spots for myself even once.
Here they are:
ABC KITCHEN…….FRESHLY COOKED ORGANIC FOOD FOR EVERYONE INCLUDING THE CONSCIOUS EATER.
BOUNCE SPORTS CLUB…….. THE HIGH END SPORTS BAR KNOWN TO BE FREQUENTED BY HOLLYWOOD HUNK HIMSELF, LEO DICAPRIO
AND,IF YOU WANNA GET YOUR SUSHI ON, HOP ON OVER TO NOBU FOR SUSHI, WASABI , CELEBRITY CHEFS AND A FABULOUS LOUNGE
FOR COCKTAILS ACCOMPANIED BY A FANTASTIC VIEW OF THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING STOP BY PH-D ROOFTOP LOUNGE
EATALY….OWNED MY MARIO BATALI, EATALY IS THE TOP CHOICE FOR DELICIOUS ITALIAN FOOD WITH A WIDE ARRAY OF SHOPPING OPTIONS AS WELL…TAKE A PIECE OF EATALY BACK HOME WITH YA! WHY NOT?!!
AND LASTLY, THE CONRAD HOTEL ……LOCATED IN LOWER MANHATTAN, CLOSE TO WALL STREET AND BUILT FOR COMFORT AND LUXURY ……ENJOY NEW YORK IN STYLE!
Like you I am no party girl but I have never even heard of these places and I’ve lived in New York for over 10 years. What does that say about me? Although I consider myself an native I clearly am not. A few of these will be added on my “Must Go List!”
Let me know if and when you check any of them out! I wanna go to Bounce! Apparently it is a celebrity spot..Leo Dicaprio, Mario Lopez etc
ive been to all of these places. living in nyc for 10 yrs now and working in the industry i have worked in you get exposed to a lot of nyc hot spots or current tready places.
abc kitchen is REALLY good, and the atmosphere is amazing, but its very overpriced for the super small portions u get. u might wanna try pio pio which is the spanish tapas place that is also attached to the abc brand its also expensive but once again amazing atmosphere great for dates, both places are great for dates just not when your paying lol
lolol!!! I will ensure I’m not paying for anything at either spot! haha I gotta go try ABC…I actually wanted to last year and opted for another spot for a special occasion. Definitely at the top of my list now. I will also check out the one you mentioned 🙂 I tell ya, there is never time to do all there is to do and explore in New York!
from all these places that you’ve mentioned I have only been to Eataly, and i really liked it but it was just full of tourists, I loved the place but i’m not sure if i wanna sit there and eat a full meal, its just to crowded. I will definitely try the rest of your suggestions
Oh yea it is always crowded for some reason…I guess the food. As large as that place is you would think it would allow you some amount of privacy to have a meal. Awesome Italian food though! Last year it was among the top three must see spots in NYC..not sure if it still is. i recommend it to everyone though
So after reading your post I decided to try out Eataly and let me tell you this place is a dream. It is basically an orgy of the freshest and best products from Italy. Everything I tried was delicious and the atmosphere is like a huge indoor European style market. I’ll definitely be back again and again. Thanks for the suggestion. I have to go and check out the other places on your list. Thanks Again 🙂
heyyyyyyy!!!! 🙂 You are welcome!
Glad you loved it! Can’t go wrong there I tell you…amazing stuff!
I love roof top lounges. The views help me to relax. i will try the one you posted above,.
Let me know if you ever try the lounge. I do not imagine I will get to since it is winter now and I will be leaving the city. Keep me posted.
