This week was spring break, so I should write something special for this week. Then today I would like to show my cooking skill. Every friday’s night, my duty is cooking. I always make Thai ‘s food for my cousins. We usually have a small party at my aunt place. This week was lucky them that the food was pretty, because they said so….So I would like to show you guys what did I cook and introduce some of Thai’s food also.

First it is called Nam Prik Kra Pi….the sauce made from shrimp paste, so it tastes salty. You have to eat with something, I made eggplants with eggs…They are good when you have together.

Second dish was soft shell crabs with curry powder sauce…I used curry power mix with evaporate milk and seasoning sauce like sugar and fish sauce. These seasoning sauces are importance for Thai’s food. Majority of them have to put these sauces to make a tasty food.

And I got a fresh young coconut juice for our drinks. My aunt always gets the coconut juice in china town.  It so refresh when you drink a cold one.
