Me and my husband decided to embark on a new adventure that we never tried before, since I am a mother of 2 my son who is turning 2 years of age, and my daughter whose birthday is close by and will be turning 6 very soon.
We desperately wanted this spring break vacation to be special for both of them, and including ourselves because we all needed a break from our hectic lifestyle for a change.
So what better Way to do that then go on a cruise ?
Taking advise from so many other families that told us that the best way to
enjoy our time together and worth the money especaily for the children is taking a Disney cruise line, because that way everyone can enjoy their trip in their own special way. Since I boarded the Disney magic ship my daughter has been missing !! But i mean that in a good way of course, because she has been participating in all the kids activities on board including visiting all her favorite Disney characters and taking pictures with them, not to mention swimming and soaking up in the Caribbean sun! It’s been a blast for her because so far she has not complained yet !! And trust me she can be a very picky kid !!
As for my little one, well he is happy to be on a plane, on a boat whatever life can offer him, he is a cool guy and he has been enjoying it so far.
As for myself, all I can say is traveling with little kids can be a challenge, so definitely this was a good idea and the best experience with the kids so far. Disney is extremely organized and provides lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy together. Not to mention that you can eat and dine all day for free all inclusive in your package ! even room service is available all day and for free !!
So I can’t complain except for the weight i am probably going to gain and the Internet that I have to pay for right now, also the dipers I clean forgot to pack in for the trip !! Did i mention I am usually an organized person but with school and everything in between i even forgot to bring my hat and flip flops. But no worries i managed to find a CVS in Key West so it’s covered.
I also realized that the Keys is famous for the “Key lime pies”.
So now all what’s left is to sit back and enjoy the the ride and relax at last !! This is the life.
Hope everyone makes the best out of spring break..
Bon voyage !

Nice, I was considering doing a Disney Cruise next year since my son would be able to enjoy it now. I could imagine the amount of kids so I might have to start loading up on my Advil now..lol
Enjoy your spring break!
Lol !! Actually Disney was extremely orginised so no need for Advil just give it to the crew members instead !! Cuz they really need it !
That sounds so fun. I don’t think they had the Disney cruises when I was a kid but I am sure the kids are having a blast. Enjoy!
Thank you it was my first cruise experience and I really recommend it !! But I’m happy to be back to civilization and the Internet!
Cuz It was off all the time when at sea and I miss technology !!!!
Okay, well I must start by saying I’m jealous, lol. Your spring break sounds so much fun. Unlike mine where I was sick for the first part, and working non-stop the second half, lol. But anyway, I’m in my early twenties, and I still want to take a trip on the Disney Cruise. I even want to go to Disney World and meet Mickey and Minnie. I’m still a big kid at heart. But it just may seem that after reading this I just might have to go on this cruise ship sooner rather than later.
Have fun…Enjoy!!!
@Xtra0rdinary…u might just want meet them in Disney world instead..being trapped on a ship with a zillion kids for a few days may not be to fun when you don’t have any…lol…I def check out Disney World
Thanks @ XtraOrdinary I hope that you try it out some day but don’t worry about your age becuase you can never become too old for Mickey and minni trust me !!!
You have a valid point, lol. Thanks. I’m going to plan a trip to Disney World ASAP!
