Are you Noodle’s Lovers?? Here we go! Today I would like to recommend you guys my neighbor country’s food and my neihborhood. This place is called Thanh Houng Restaurant where is in Jersey City.
There are so many various menu of Vietnamese and this place, but the noodle is the most well-known of Vietnamese’s food. They call their noodle “Pho”. It comes with a lot of vegetable on the side such bean spouts, basil, lime, parsley. etc. It depends on the restaurant and seasonal of vegetable. And also spicy sauces for the ones who love spicy. First time when I had Pho, I did not know how to put so many kinds of sauces in front of me. There have 3 kinds of red hot sauces and Hoisin sauces. So I kept on putting them all little by little. And now I have my favorite mixed sauce that I put Srirachaand red chili paper together. Because I am a spicy lover. Anyways, the soup is so delicious already.

For who first time go to Vietnamese’s place, do not be scared of the side dishes that they are going to give you. I would tell you guys just put them all you can eat together that it will be a good mixing ever. Yummm!!!
