Fried chicken is one of the most basic universal menu, yet very delicious! When you think of any restaurants that sell fried chicken, the first one that came into my mind is Kentucky Fried Chicken, also known as KFC! KFC is everywhere! Back at home in Thailand, it is located in almost every blocks. Though there are not as many branches here in NYC, you can still find them on the avenues. I have been associated with KFC fried chicken since I was young and haven’t been so excited about it when I see it in New York.
Besides KFC, there is also Popeyes fried chicken! It was my first time knowing about this fast food restaurant when I came to New York. I’ve tried the chicken, personally, I think it is more delicious than KFC! I like the spicy chicken! Because I’m Thai, I like my food to be a little spicy!
However, the best fried chicken you could ever have is located in Korean Town, BonChon Fried Chicken! They serve the best fried chicken ever! It comes in many styles and flavors you can choose, from drum sticks to wings and soy garlic or spicy flavor. But I recommend you do the half half, so you could choose for yourself which one is better. The fried chicken comes with different sides, but my favorite would be Kimji Coleslaw. BonChon Chicken is really a place you can’t miss in NYC!
Now that they had just opened a branch in Thailand! I’m so happy thinking about it for I will be able to eat it either I’m here in NYC or back home in Bangkok!
